Theo Trung tâm Dự báo Khí tượng thủy văn Quốc gia, do ảnh hưởng của không khí lạnh có cường độ ổn định sau suy yếu chậm nên ngày 28/2 Bắc Bộ và Bắc Trung Bộ không mưa, ngày có nắng, nền nhiệt tăng 1-3 độ C, không còn rét đậm.
