Sáng 9/5, Đài Truyền hình nhà nước Trung Quốc (CCTV) đưa tin các mảnh vỡ của tên lửa Trường Chinh 5B Y2, tên lửa lớn nhất của Trung Quốc, đã rơi xuống Ấn Độ Dương , trong đó nhiều bộ phận của tên lửa đã tự hủy trong quá trình rơi trở lại bầu khí quyển Trái Đất.
