(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Rạng sáng nay (11-8), áp thấp nhiệt đới suy yếu từ bão số 2 đã đi vào khu vực các tỉnh Quảng Ninh - Hải Phòng. Theo cảnh báo từ các cơ quan khí tượng thủy văn, từ ngày 11 đến 12-8, khu vực Bắc Bộ, Thanh Hóa và Nghệ An có mưa vừa, mưa to và dông, có nơi mưa rất to với lượng mưa phổ biến từ 70 đến 150mm/đợt, có nơi trên 200mm/đợt.
