(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Ngày 1/6, Giáo sư Celeste Saulo của Argentina đã được bổ nhiệm làm nữ Tổng thư ký đầu tiên của Tổ chức Khí tượng Thế giới (WMO), nắm quyền lãnh đạo một tổ chức đi đầu trong các nỗ lực quốc tế nhằm giám sát và ứng phó biến đổi khí hậu và thời tiết ngày càng cực đoan.
