Theo Trung tâm Dự báo Khí tượng Thủy văn Quốc gia, do ảnh hưởng của rìa phía Đông Nam vùng áp thấp nóng phía Tây với đới gió Tây Nam gây hiệu ứng phơn nên ngày 30/6, nắng nóng tiếp tục xảy ra trên diện rộng ở Bắc Bộ với nhiệt độ cao nhất trong ngày phổ biến 35-38 độ C, có nơi trên 38 độ C.
