Một viện nghiên cứu tại Nhật Bản đã phát triển công nghệ bảo quản nông sản bằng cách chiếu ánh sáng cận hồng ngoại trong 0,1 giây, giúp kéo dài độ tươi và giảm lãng phí thực phẩm.
