LHQ: Nhiệt độ Trái Đất có thể tăng 2,8 độ C vào cuối thế kỷ 21

Theo báo cáo do Chương trình Môi trường Liên hợp quốc (UNEP) công bố ngày 27/10, nhiệt độ Trái Đất có nguy cơ tăng đến 2,8 độ C so với thời kỷ tiền công nghiệp vào cuối thế kỷ 21, kể cả khi chính phủ và doanh nghiệp đã đưa ra hàng loạt cam kết cắt giảm khí thải.
