Ngân hàng dự trữ liên bang New York ngày 17/9 thông báo họ đã "bơm" hàng chục tỷ USD vào thị trường tại chính nhằm giữ lãi suất ngắn hạn phù hợp với mục tiêu của Ngân hàng Dự trữ Liên bang Mỹ (Fed).
