Tổ chức Khí tượng Thế giới (WMO) cho biết lượng khí thải carbon dioxide (CO2) trong bầu khí quyển đã tăng lên ngưỡng cao kỷ lục mới trong năm 2017 và không có dấu hiệu cho thấy xu hướng này có thể đảo ngược trong thời gian tới.
