Từ ngày 13/11, Bắc Bộ sẽ chịu ảnh hưởng của không khí lạnh

Theo Trung tâm Dự báo Khí tượng Thủy văn Quốc gia, sáng 12/11, bộ phận không khí lạnh đã báo tiếp tục di chuyển xuống phía Nam; trưa và chiều 13/11, sẽ ảnh hưởng đến một số nơi thuộc vùng núi phía Bắc của Bắc Bộ, sau đó ảnh hưởng đến các nơi khác ở Bắc Bộ, Bắc Trung Bộ và một số nơi ở Trung Trung Bộ.
