(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Theo Trung tâm Dự báo Khí tượng Thủy văn Quốc gia , ngày 19/5, do ảnh hưởng áp cao lạnh lục địa ở phía Bắc đang được tăng cường nén và đẩy rãnh áp thấp có trục ở khoảng 25-27 độ vĩ Bắc xuống phía Nam nên từ gần sáng 20/5 đến ngày 21/5, ở các tỉnh Bắc Bộ và Bắc Trung Bộ có mưa dông diện rộng, lượng mưa đạt cấp mưa vừa, có nơi mưa to đến rất to (lượng mưa phổ biến 30-60mm/24 giờ, có nơi trên 80mm/24 giờ).
