Hiệu quả xét nghiệm chẩn đoán SARS-CoV-2 bằng kỹ thuật Real-time RT-PCR tại Thanh Hóa
(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Xét nghiệm chẩn đoán vi sinh vật gây bệnh bằng kỹ thuật PCR đã được thực hiện tại Trung tâm Y tế dự phòng tỉnh Thanh Hóa (nay là Trung tâm Kiểm soát bệnh tật tỉnh Thanh Hóa) từ năm 2009 để chẩn đoán vi-rút cúm A/H1N1/2009, vi khuẩn tả. Từ năm 2016, trung tâm áp dụng kỹ thuật Real-time PCR để định lượng vi-rút viêm gan B trong huyết thanh bệnh nhân.
