Một nghiên cứu mới của Tổ chức Năng lượng Ember (Anh) chỉ ra rằng thời tiết khô hạn, đặc biệt ở Trung Quốc, đã khiến sản lượng thủy điện toàn cầu sụt giảm “lịch sử” trong nửa đầu năm 2023. Đây là minh chứng cho tác động của biến đổi khí hậu.
