(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Sáng 14-12, xã Hoằng Quang (TP Thanh Hóa) đã đã long trọng lễ công bố Quyết định công nhận xã đạt chuẩn nông thôn mới (NTM). Đây là xã cuối cùng trong số 17 xã của TP hoàn thành nhiệm vụ mục tiêu quốc gia xây dựng NTM.
