Theo báo cáo thống kê thường niên về năng lượng thế giới do Viện Năng lượng công bố ngày 26/6, lượng khí thải CO2 toàn cầu từ ngành năng lượng đã đạt mức cao kỷ lục trong năm ngoái - đánh dấu đà tăng năm thứ 4 liên tiếp.
