(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Tối và đêm qua (02/8) bão số 3 đã đi vào khu vực phía Bắc tỉnh Quảng Ninh và suy yếu thành áp thấp nhiệt đới. Tại trạm Móng Cái (Quảng Ninh) đã đo được gió mạnh 17m/s (cấp 7), gió giật mạnh 23 m/s (cấp 9), ven biển Quảng Ninh-Hải Phòng đã có gió giật cấp 6-8.
