(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Theo nhận định của Trung tâm Dự báo Khí tượng Thủy văn Quốc gia (Tổng cục Khí tượng Thủy văn, Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường), từ ngày 21-24/3, miền Bắc sẽ xuất hiện nắng nóng cục bộ với nhiệt độ cao nhất 34-36 độ C, có nơi trên 36 độ C.
